1967 diary

...where it is recorded that I am 4' 7" tall and take a shoe size 4.

It seems there was a competition in each year's diary. For 1967 the prizes were a bicycle, a radio or £10 and to enter you had to write about which prize you would choose and explain why.

Entries are to arrive not later than January 31st.

My diary entries: 
Monday 30th - "Today I sent of my entre for the cometichen. IT WAS LATE".
Tuesday 31st - "Today my entry will go to Enid Bliton. I hope I win."

I can report my spelling has improved considerably. 
Tendency to leave things to the last minute.... still working on that one.
