An incident occurred today.

Tim and another neighbour were in their part of the cutting.  They were watching an old or ill badger wobbling up the far bank. 

Hetty heard Tim and dashed up the cutting to find him. On route, she saw the badger and startled it. The poor creature then rolled into the lake!

Then it couldn't get out! It looked so forlorn.

Note: Denise already had her camera phone out to photograph the badger when Hetty arrived.

Edit: Brock later died and was given a dignified last resting place. All very sad.
