DERELICT SUNDAY

This old tractor is, for sure, a derelict. But in its day, the early days of Road America, it did yeoman's duty preparing the surface for the world famous race track that it is today. It sits in the woods not far from the action.

I like to think it remembers back to its work days when it hears the roar of the race cars not far away from its rusting resting place. To appreciate the many colors associated with the oxidation process you really need to view it in LARGE.
