Lengua Ranchera

Beef tongue with rachero sauce, rice, beans, chips, salsa, and salad.

For lunch, we got delivery from a Mexican restaurant we haven't tried. I have been curious to try tongue, and I'm glad I ventured it. It was tender with a surprisingly mild beef flavor.
