Derelict Sunday

I went downtown today and took a photo this building which I think is unoccupied.  It looks a bit derelict to me. It is located on the Willamette River waterfront so I assume someone will renovate it and make it into offices or residence. 

Little Miss Ellie just came over so I will have to make this fast.....more later.
