Catkins.

Continuing with the Spring theme - it's catkins today!  Not sure what tree produces these but they're not the ones that hang downwards like little lamb's tails - may be grey willow possibly.  Shot shows the different stages - from fluffy "bud" to the soft brushes .
Lovely sunny day today did some work at the allotment and caught the sun on my cheeks (face!).
