Started the day by sending a birthday greeting before the reminder pinged. Said hello to a friend who had me in stitches with her comedy one liners. Took call from senior member of staff before my first coffee. I did warn him that without caffeine what I was telling him could be total nonsense. Brief visit to the office. At lunch did the usual.
