Behind the Sun

One thing's for sure, a single photo per day isn't enough to share the daily beauty of this place; loved the heron in this one, on a sunset walk with Ermelinda and Cecílio and their two dogs.

Most of morning spent re-reading a book that radically changed the way I see the crucifixion of Jesus - How God Became King, by Tom Wright - to find a quote that would sum up its message, requested by Deb for the Good Friday service she's co-leading. 

And a good bit of the afternoon helping Julia organise their wedding album, rather mind-boggling to be able to do that online.

Gratefuls:
- God knowing it would do me good to feel needed by my kids today
- Mike finishing the bases for the container
- a walk and talk with friends; first time in eons we've done that
