(083) De/Re-Composition

The base images for this panorama were taken on 10th March 2003 with a Fuji FinePix 4800 camera but this composite image was only created today. The image shows a view inside the large decomposer shed at the Burntisland alumina plant in its last year of operation before closure and demolition. Back when I took the original 12 frames I didn't have software capable of stitching them into a single image but now Lightroom (among others) can accomplish this task with ease. The extra views are views of the exterior of the building which was prominent landmark (or eyesore, depending upon your point of view!) in the town for many years.
