The First Fire of Autumn...

We had the chimney swept today... Thanks Neil... you are a star. It’s been cloudy and chilly today. Keith cranked up the wood burner this evening. It took Myrtle and Maisie no time at all to settle down on the hearth mat.... they love the warmth. I got some gardening done this evening. The cats enjoy gardening and watch the activity very closely. They check out any insects and beetles that I disturb as I work.
