Bears in the window

While walking into the town, I passed this street window of a private house, for years now they have displayed a collection of bears- organised to depict special events- these ones must have been for St David's Day. Another window was commemorating the man who invented Daleks. These windows have been part of the town and I've no idea who owns the house and the huge collection of bears! I suppose it's just part of eccentric Britain!
