Disconnect and Re-connect

Aril Brikha - Leaving Me

Getting caught up in emotion is good. But sometimes decisions are better made when you take away your emotion and use cold logic with substantiated facts. Quantified evidence strips away the mystique that may often cloud one's decisions. The cold hard fact is, is that all things must end and with this the disconnection allows for re-connection to a new perspective of "seeing". Although this notion is villified in many movies and texts, the bull that one spouts about a subject, whether it be art, politics or your favourite TV show, is truly meaningless. There is something greater in the beyond. Time to close off the bridges and live for a higher (other) purpose... whatever that may be. Selfish yes, but then aside from natural / uncontrollable causes, you have the power to choose and therefore bare responsibility for the consequences.
