Tempeh Scramble

Tempeh miso scramble with kale and avocado, and quinoa.

This was edible but not really to our taste. It did feel like a meal that played to Southern California stereotypes (I couldn't help but think of the scene in Annie Hall where Woody Allen is in L.A. and orders "alfalfa sprouts and mashed yeast"). This is, if memory serves, the third time I've tried tempeh, and it should probably be the last.
