200 hundred years of Independence

A big day of celebrations here in Athens for their 200 years. Parades, flyovers, visiting royalty. I’m not sure if the residents were allowed into the city to observe or not..
a busy day of teaching, trying to mould our new cohort.. takes time, they’re a higher level but still need to learn so much..
Met Syriana after work to get my chicken dinners, it was freezing and I hadn’t dressed warmly enough - we even had a few snow flakes during the day. The current situation for Syrian refugees and their future was on his mind tonight - it was the first thing he commented on. Sad
