A New Block of Flats is Going to be Built Here

Recent grants of planning permission in the centre of Bury St Edmunds have been controversial (especially when the resulting buildings have gone up!) Luckily one development plan has recently been turned down. But this one here is clearly going ahead - on the site formerly occupied by Lloyds Bank (an office, I think, rather than a branch).
