Overhead

Sitting on our back patio enjoying the birds, bees and soft breeze I happened to glance sky ward, just in time to see a couple of Black Vultures soaring overhead. One way to tell the Black Vultures from their Turkey Vulture cousins is by their white wing tips. In the *extra...Top left and Bottom left; first hummer (Ruby-throated) of the season. The males arrive first, followed by the females a little while later. Top right; American Crow at the BarkButter feeders and bottom right; young Gray Catbird. Mom and Dad Catbird brought the entire family to dine at the feeders this morning. I counted three, maybe four young ones. This is the first time I've been treated to seeing the whole group! Very wonderful!
Be Well!
