Silly Saturday

This might be some little person’s treasure. Whoever found it has gone to a lot of trouble to restore it to its owner. Unfortunately it looks like the dye on his coat has run into his legs. The notice was stuck on the back of a bench in the village. 
It was a very cold wind today. Bring back spring!
