This is Stuart... Ruben has in the past trained with him... After 2020 the year of covid19 runners are finally getting their running plans back on track... Today Stuart completed 20km without injury... We were cheering from the roadside because he was the only one of our group to take on the 20km most did 15km... Ruben ran 1:06:45 so a PB for him...
