Hairy wire, pastel fence.

We began this morning -3.2oC but with a clear blue sky. This afternoon was warm and sunny. I took Tally out in the late afternoon sunshine (Sheamus preferred his bed). This fence is where the Highland cattle like to rub and scratch. They're not at the pasture at the moment, which is turning suddenly from a drab brownish grey into a vibrant green ("the force which through the green fuse drives the flower...").

I love the pastel light of the late afternoon before evening and sunset. Oh it was such a joy to be bathed in sunlight.
