Maximus

A day of reading and a little house cleaning. I finished A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. I have mixed feelings about it. So much of it was sad. The history was good to read about. Kevin recommended a series by Samuel Elliot Morrison, a four volume history of the United States. It has been so long since I studied this time period. I would like to review it. Most of my history focused on the Second World War. I am happy I read the novel but also happy I am done.
