Swan Upping

The river (Monnow) is very low at the moment but that didn't stop this swan making a complete meal of climbing a few rocks. It made it in the end but a couple of flaps of its wings would probably saved a bit of time.
As Swan Upping refers to an annual swan census then I can say that the number of swans on the Monnow this morning was two.
