Aberdeen City Council has been painting many slow signs on the pavements in the local area!

Why?

They have allocated several pavements on the way to a local school as combined pavements for both pedestrians and cyclists!

Why?

To encourage children to travel to school on their bikes and scooters! The combined pavements allow them to do so safely.

We very rarely give our Politian's any credit, but in this instance Aberdeen City Council should be congratulated for encouraging children to use their bikes but also making it safe for them to do so!
