Mono Monday - Portrait (of a bird) - This was taken at a local park that I have been going to longer than I can remember. So many special memories here including lunch and a long walk with my mom today. 

As for the doctors today - almost went perfectly. A1C is the same as last time, blood pressure is fine and... Just found 5 pounds somewhere over the last 6 months. With the weather warming up soon, that should be easy to lose taking more walks..

A nice long drive tomorrow...
