Running

Not a bad day, started with a frosty walk through the forest to the bakery in the next village. Then work started at 8.30 followed by a quick lunch sat outside with my son. Back to work until 3.30, then went out for a run. Yes, really, a run, the first time in about a year. It went ok, 4km, 31mins, then after a quick shower, and back to work for 2 hours.
It was lovely running in the forest, quite hot, 19 deg and sunny. The anenomies were all out, as there’s not much other growth in the forest yet, so plenty of light for them.
