Cramond island

Monday
A trip to the fish shop at Newhaven harbour (extras) in the morning, followed by a walk from silverknowes towards Cramond along the beach. It was really windy, so a bracing walk! The tide was going out and we could see people in the distance near the waters edge.
Heard on the radio earlier that rescue crews were called out five times last week, rescuing a total of 19 people who had been trapped on Cramond island by the tide.

Spent the afternoon painting the upstairs bathroom. Luckily its a small room, so only took a couple of hours.
