A Hint of Autumn

I went to Christchurch to have my eyes tested at last. The cataract op made quite a difference and the testing was a bit strenuous. I have to wait for a couple more weeks to get new lenses. Then they may need to be adjusted 2 or 3 times before they are right.

I was surprised at how autumn is progressing in the city, much more than out here at a higher altitude.
