Windfall

The relative of a friend died (not from covid) some months ago. While clearing some of his belongings his stash of hearing aid batteries was found. Apparently they arrived regularly by post, but he never wore the aids.
Knowing that both Redilady and I used NHS aids our friend passed the batteries on to us, I'd guess that it will be more than a year before we need to collect any more.
And of course, this one  packet has provided me with my Tiny Tuesday blip.

We had a phone call this morning saying that our second jabs would be at 0930 on Thursday. It's a bit worrying, that's April Fools day!
