Ship to shore....

One of the advantages of working from home for part of the week is you get the opportunity to revisit the vinyl collection as an aid to thinking....

It also provides a photo opportunity....

Anyway.... Nigel Mazlyn Jones. “Ship To Shore”....released in 1976. Bought and seen  @ Bude Town Hall when he supported John Renbourn...

...and there is  (maybe) a deep symbolism in the reading materials behind. Archly random, yet somehow compellingly weaving a common thread...

Like any photograph, the question as to whether this constitutes a decisive moment...

Even stationary  objects when photographed are but a moment in time, never to be repeated with exactitude. Dust falls, colour fades, the leaves of a book turn brown...
