(090) Bike, Boat, Carr's

First run out on the road bike this year and, as always, I'd forgotten just how much faster and more responsive this bike is compared to the 29er and the Tricross. I always end up riding further than planned on this bike, even today into a brutal headwind. Return trip was slightly speedier though, including a 40mph+ descent from the top of the Cowdenbeath Road down in to Burntisland.

Main shot is at Kirkcaldy harbour where a grain boat is being unloaded. First extra is a view from the west end of the Jawbanes Road over the Binn Hill, looking down towards Burntisland, jut before making a fast descent to the town. Second extra is a view from Kirkcaldy prom, catching the last of the sunshine for the day.
