Regular Robin

Enjoyed a lie in and then finished my book curled up in a chair downstairs. Nice to be doing very little.

Sprang into life at lunchtime and went to a Bokwa class at the gym. Really enjoyed the class though my legs were very tired at the end.

Walked into town after lunch and enjoyed the fresh air and a chance to see if there were any further signs of spring by the river.

As soon as I went out into the garden to fill up the bird feeders, this little robin was back and very interested in what I was doing. I tried to tempt him nearer with some treats but he was just a bit too shy and I was getting too cold to take a steady shot.
