I love wild garlic pesto, I use literally with everything. This morning I had a sourdough toast smeared with it plus cheese, yummy.
Todays dinner is also inspired with this foraging delicacy, I mixed ricotta with grated mozzarella and huge dollop of pesto and seasoned well.
I piped cooked pasta with the cream and laid on tomato sauce bed.
15/20 min in 170C will do to have the cheese crispy :D
