Spring, Day Eleven

Already we find ourselves 11 days into spring. These purple flowers and this one white flower are more tell-tale signs that the long dormant flora of our neighborhood are bursting into life.

We were out walking without my camera (big mistake) around lunchtime today and saw this purple cluster with the one white neighbor and loved the image. 

It was 66 F today (and down again to 41 F tomorrow, of course) and I am mostly working from home this week. That is a blessing in some respects. First of all, I save money on gas and mileage on the vehicle. Second, I only have to get dressed from the waist up. Button-down shirt tucked into sweatpants. The 2020 uniform.
