Forced Rhubarb

It's been trying to push the lid off for a few days (and would succeed if I left it! ) But I harvested a few stalks and am looking forward to whatever it gets put into - probably tomorrow evening's dessert.

The other un-forced plants are also coming on well - they just need to put on a bit more length before I start pulling them.
