Folkestone – pt V

So who remembers “Cow Parade”?
And there have been spin-offs have there not? Elephant Parade, Snow Dog Trail, to name just a couple.
So here's my idea, Medway hosts “Cannon Paint Ball”. The cannon are all here in Medway, you can't take one away to paint. You just arrive here with your paints, suitably attired for the Ball, (or after-party), grab a cannon and get to work. I've not made a map of all the cannon locations but I could give it a go if requested. First come, first served, though naturally enough those easiest to find will probably be those soonest arrested.
When should we host it? 1st May is traditional for balls, what do you think?
Or 17th May? Or 31st May?
Is 21st June a better idea?
