Allotment 1

As of today, the allotment is mine. Here it is, apparently "cleared" by the previous occupier. In reality it is full of grass (both ornamental and plain lawn), tulips, grape hyacinths, five toes, convulvulus and brambles. The few nice herbs I hoped would have been left behind have all been lifted, save one smallish clump of what I hope are chives. So the main task today was to begin digging out weeds, cleared a patch large enough to put in the old cupboard in the blip, repurposed as a compost bin, pro tem at least, and about a metre square more. Slow and steady, I reckon.
