Notes: Gray warm morning. Headed to bank to pay the first rent payment (outside of initial stuff) around 830a - looking threatening but didn't dump until awhile after I was back. Nice thunderstorm then cleared off and continued to cool slightly all day. Meeting with Salini & Alison at 3p that went almost until 6p again. Talked to Al briefly - he got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine today and was pretty pleased with himself. I just kept my mouth shut - what else can you do? Awake after midnight from noisy upstairs neighbors ... again.
