The Morning Room

The state rooms in Lews Castle have been off-limits for a year now. I really miss roaming around the usually quiet rooms, admiring the lovely restoration work that has been done. The Morning Room is one of the most spectacular - that I can photograph from the outside as I had to do today.
The Entrance Hall is one of my other favourites, but I cannot see that properly from the outside.

We live in hope, waiting for the day this Covid nightmare is over.
