Metal ART...

This was recently erected in front of our Visitor Centre.  It is metal...not sure what kind of metal unfortunately. 
There was no plaque to indicate the sculptor ...


Love the 'fox' in behind him(or is it a dog?). The intricacy of the necklace is quite defining....(maybe try the enlarged photo)


I'm thinking it is a Native Indian Spiritual Leader.
