Not my decision!

This pretty group of spring bulbs mostly decided for themselves that this is where they wished to be. Maybe I planted the daffodils at some stage, but the snowdrops and crocus are definitely self sown. I think they have made a better job of it than I would have done! The snowdrops are almost over but this is only the second day of the daffodils so we should be able to enjoy them for a good while yet. There's no sign (yet) of today's promised rain.

The mincemeat shortbread was so popular at Mah-jong last night that I had to make five photocopies of the recipe for them. There will be a run on mincemeat in the Bookham shops!
