Willow Warbler

Luke was well enough to ride his bike and accompany us on our walk yesterday afternoon.  He is very thin and has a grey complexion, has lost his eyebrows but kept most of his hair.  The next seven weeks are going to be horrible, with three chemo sessions a week at high strength, which will make him very sick.  He's also still having blood transfusions.  Hopefully after that he will be on maintenance once a month for two and a half years.  His older brother couldn't have coped the way Luke does.  It's so hard on all the family.

The weather was beautiful this morning so JJ and I had a walk around the woods, which is where I spied this little Willow Warbler up amongst the blackthorn.  You wouldn't believe how many oak tree branches I've had to clone out.
