This morning...

... we made a stately visit to the gardens of Newby Hall, near Ripon. 

We had a lovely walk through the gardens with plenty of blooms to photograph (a selection are seen here).

No doubt gardening blippers will be able to identify the specimens better than I can - I just chose the most attractive flowers on display!
(I rarely do that with my people shots!)
