Easter Sunday

A perfect Easter Sunday celebrating the resurrection with my first visit to church since Christmas. Socially distanced, ticketed seats, no singing, no wine ... the new normal but still lovely to be there.
At home, able to sit in the sunshine in the garden absorbing the vitamin D and listening to birdsong . I’m trying to learn a few! The goldfinches continue to visit as do the odd bluetit.
We then tucked into a special 3 course lunch takeaway from a local restaurant. I even dressed the table! My, I’m still full.
I then took the rubbish out to the bin and got waylaid by my neighbour. One hour later I managed to make my escape... now relaxing on the sofa.
