Lovely lake

Around the lake... this morning I ran a half marathon with a friend - it was her first ever and she has been building up her mileage since Christmas when we ran together a few times.

She did amazingly well and completed it in 2hrs 15 mins which is a very good time.

In the evening she, and her husband and son came for a bbq which was lovely. It was the first time we have had anyone over since Christmas.

A lovely start to the Easter weekend!
