"Should bald heads be buttered"?

I have NO idea where that comes from - BUT:-
1. I first heard it, while still in single figures of age.
2. When I did a search I found a "discussion" on the topic. - SO -  went to the home page of "Recover your life.com" where it said:-
"Welcome to RecoverYourLife: One of the biggest and best Self-Harm Support Communities on the internet.  Although we are known for helping people suffering with Self Harm, we also welcome and support people with other issues such as Eating Disorders, Mental Health problems, those dealing with Abuse, and many more! "
So - effectively I'm no wiser. HOWEVER - there is no doubt in my mind that "Pace eggs" (Correctly spelt Pasche) should be buttered it doesn't half improve their appearance.
NOT that anything could improve this mottley four; (Two sides of each egg, none of 'em "owt special")  must get some unseasonal practice in sometime as this lot leaves a vast amount of room for improvement.

The second search appeared to answer in the positive mode;  BEHOLD:-
"Bald Cafe's Bald Head Butter.
Confidence and Comfort after every head shave.
Bald Cafe's Bald Head Butter is unscented and handmade with natural butters and oils.
The phrase 'A little goes a long way' really does apply to Bald Café's Bald Head Butter.  Begin by applying a very small amount (half a pea size) to your dry scalp after your head shave.  Apply more as you feel necessary."

I just could NOT resist stealing their "greediments" and thinking
Hecky THUMP!!!  Who'd a thunk it?
