Behind La Illa Shopping Centre, Diagonal

La Illa is our nearest shopping centre, a 10 min walk away.  Neither of us are fans of walking around a shopping centre just for the sake of it, but we have a soft spot for La Illa.  Marks and Spencer used to be on the ground floor here and we saw the whole shopping centre being built.  Bb used to work immediately opposite it and could buy fresh M&S sandwiches for his lunch!  As shopping centres go, it's a very nice one: great shops, lovely fresh food court, a nice park behind it that you can see here and on both sides of the park, restaurants with terraces.  In summer, in 'normal' days, there's also an open air cinema some week-day evenings.  The other reason I like it, is that it's not all inside, but has a lovely airy feel to it.
