Past their best?

Saw these this evening in the barred-up market, but managed to find a gap between the bars to stick the lens through. I wonder how much the stallholder will get for them when the market opens tomorrow? At least they won't wilt in the heat...

Remarkably quiet in town this evening - no traffic and hardly anyone out and about at 19:00.
