Red and yellow

Semi unlocked

Our forsythia bushes are still going strong. Several birds, robins dunnocks and bluetits mainly, sit in them before they fly up to the bird feeder. The robins sit for a minute or so, look around, establish that there are no cats or other danger signs then fly up to the bird feeder grab a sunflower seed and go back to the trees over the road.   After about eight or ten minutes they come again. You can anticipate their behaviour to a certain extent and predict when they will be back. But I still manage to miss them!
The twisty black lines are a plant support round a clematis. Taken through the window so a bit hazy.
