Another one bites the dust And another one, and another one down., another one bites the dust.  But those two people across the street are part of a downtown neighborhood collaboration who will help Downtown Thrive.  Ten other neighbors and shop owners stand near me as I take the photo.  We are documenting empty storefronts and building a groundswell.

Valliant Printing in Downtown Albuquerque closed just a year shy of its 100th birthday.

The company has a colorful history. The shop is full of machines and artifacts from the past century. "Better Call Saul" fans might recognize the print shop from the second season of the show, where a crucial plot point takes place at the shop. The shop was also used in the TV show "In Plain Sight" and in the movie "The Gamer" starring Gerard Butler.
