Pressure Off!

Had a visit today from the Big-Wigs of the company which went surprisingly well for me, not sure how well my bosses here will take it though! Feels really good to be appreciated especially by the people at the top! Anyway its pressure off for a while at least!

Another B&W shot today, I'm finding I'm using Lightroom more and more these days as a post and pre Photoshop tool, I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it.
