German Word Play

It's more Denglisch then German.

When a character in a book laughs it is written as "Hihihi" which is pronounced "Heeheehee" in Englisch.  But in this case it's informal greeting "Hi" which is pronounced exactly as it is in Englisch - "High".  The wordplay has to do with the picture of the shark which is "der Hai" in German.

I know it's not paticularly interesting, but given that the High Point of my work day was finding a REXX editor in the new version of IDz, you can tell today was not exciting.

It snowed more.  I still find it odd that we're in Asparagus Season and it's snowing - that just doesn't make sense.  And because it snowed, I have a big pot of lentil soup cooking away. Tonight is about comfort food.
